يلغى صندوق التعليم الجامعي الخاص وتؤول حقوقه والتزاماته إلى
صندوق التعليم الجامعي الخاص والأهلي المنشأ بالمادة (٢٠) من هذا القانون ، كما ينقل
إليه العاملون بالصندوق الملغى بأوضاعهم المالية والوظيفية.
صدر برئاسة الجمهورية في ٥ ربيع الأول سنة ١٤٣٠ ه .
( الموافق ٢ مارس سنة ٢٠٠٩ م ).
