يضع مجلس الأمناء، بعد موافقة جماعة المؤسسين وأخذ رأى مجلس الجامعة، اللوائح الداخلية لإدارة شئون الجامعة وتسيير أعمالها وتتضمن القواعد الخاصة باستخدام صافى الناتج عن نشاط الجامعة طبقا لميزانيتها السنوية

وفى حال عدم الموافقة يتم عرض الأمر على مجلس الجامعات الأهلية لاتخاذ ما يراه
