Article 14 of the Private and National Universities Law

يجوز للدولة أن تقدم العون للجامعات الأهلية لتمكينها من أداء رسالتها
سواء بتخصيص عقارات لها بمقابل يصدر بتحديده وبأحكام الوفاء به قرار من مجلس
الوزراء، أو بتقديم مساعدات مالية أو عينية وفقا للقواعد التي يقررها مجلس الوزراء،
وذلك بناء على ما يعرضه الوزير المختص بالتعليم العالي.
