يستحق العاملون الذين تسرى فى شأنهم أحكام القانون المرافق علاوة سنوية دورية فى تاريخ استحقاقها لا تقل عن (٧٪) من الأجر الأساسى الذى تحسب على أساسه اشتراكات التأمينات الاجتماعية ، وذلك حتى يصدر المجلس القومى للأجور القرارات المنظمة لهذه العلاوة .
