تظل الأحكام الواردة بالتشريعات الخاصة ببعض فئات العمال سارية وذلك إلى أن يتم إبرام ونفاذ الاتفاقيات الجماعية بشأنها وفقا لأحكام القانون المرافق .
وتعتبر المزايا الواردة بتلك التشريعات الحد الأدنى الذى يتم التفاوض على أساسه .
