مع عدم الإخلال بأحكام القانون رقم ١٣٣ لسنة ١٩٦١ فى شأن
تنظيم تشغيل العمال فى المنشآت الصناعية ، لا يجوز تشغيل العامل تشغيلا
فعليا أكثر من ثمانى ساعات فى اليوم أو ثمان وأربعين ساعة فى الأسبوع ،
ولا تدخل فيها الفترات المخصصة لتناول الطعام والراحة .
ويجوز بقرار من الوزير المختص تخفيض الحد الأقصى لساعات العمل لبعض
فئات العمال أو فى بعض الصناعات أو الأعمال التى يحددها .
