إذا عهد صاحب العمل إلى صاحب عمل آخر بتأدية عمل من أعماله
أو جزء منها وذلك فى منطقة عمل واحدة وجب على هذا الأخير أن يسوى بين عماله
وعمال صاحب العمل الأصلى فى جميع الحقوق ويكون الأخير متضامنا معه فى ذلك .
