إذا تعدد أصحاب العمل كانوا مسئولين بالتضامن فيما بينهم عن الوفاء بالالتزامات الناشئة عن هذا القانون .
ويكون من تنازل له صاحب العمل عن الأعمال المسندة إليه كلها أو بعضها متضامنا معه فى الوفاء بجميع الالتزامات التى تفرضها أحكام هذا القانون .
