تكون للمبالغ المستحقة للعامل أو المستحقين عنه بمقتضى أحكام هذا القانون امتياز على جميع أموال المدين من منقول وعقار ، وتستوفى مباشرة بعد المصروفات القضائية والمبالغ المستحقة للخزانة العامة .

ومع ذلك يستوفى الأجر قبل غيره من الحقوق المشار إليها فى الفقرة السابقة .
