على صاحب العمل قيد الجزاءات المالية التى توقع على العمال فى
سجل خاص ، مع بيان سبب توقيعها واسم العامل ومقدار أجره ، وأن يفرد لها
حسابا خاصا ، ويكون التصرف فيها طبقا لما يقرره الوزير المختص بالاتفاق
مع الاتحاد العام لنقابات عمال مصر .
