للعامل الذى أمضى فى خدمة صاحب العمل خمس سنوات متصلة
الحق فى إجازة بأجر كامل لمدة شهر لأداء فريضة الحج أو زيارة بيت المقدس ،
وتكون هذه الإجازة مرة واحدة طوال مدة خدمته .
