يحظر على صاحب العمل أن ينقل عاملا بالأجر الشهرى إلى فئة عمال المياومة أو العمال المعينين بالأجر الأسبوعى أو بالساعة أو بالإنتاج إلا بموافقة العامل عند نقله كتابة ، ويكون للعامل فى هذه الحالة جميع الحقوق التى اكتسبها فى المدة التى قضاها بالأجر الشهرى .
