يكون حساب متوسط الأجر اليومى لعمال الإنتاج أو العمال الذين يتقاضون أجورا ثابتة مضافا إليها عمولة أو نسبة مئوية على أساس متوسط ما تقاضاه العامل عن أيام العمل الفعلية فى السنة الأخيرة أو عن المدة التى اشتغلها إن قلت عن ذلك مقسوما على عدد أيام العمل الفعلية عن ذات الفترة .
