يكون للعاملين القائمين على تنفيذ أحكام هذا القانون والقرارات الصادرة تنفيذا له والذين يصدر بتحديدهم قرار من وزير العدل بالاتفاق مع الوزير المختص صفة مأمورى الضبط القضائى بالنسبة للجرائم التى تقع فى دوائر اختصاصهم وتكون متعلقة بأعمال وظائفهم .
ويحلف كل منهم قبل مباشرة عمله يمينا أمام الوزير المختص بأن يقوم بأداء عمله بالأمانة والإخلاص وألا يفشى سرا من أسرار العمل أو الاختراعات التى يطلع عليها بحكم وظيفته حتى بعد تركه العمل .
