تشكل فى كل محافظة بقرار من المحافظ المختص لجنة استشارية للسلامة والصحة المهنية وتأمين بيئة العمل برئاسة المحافظ .
وتضم فى عضويتها ممثلين للجهات المعنية فى المحافظة ، وعددا متساويا من ممثلى منظمات أصحاب الأعمال وممثلى العمال فى المحافظة ، وعددا من ذوى الخبرة .
ويصدر بتحديد اختصاصات هذه اللجان ونظام العمل فيها قرار من الوزير المختص .
