تلتزم المنشأة التى يبلغ عدد عمالها خمسين عاملا فأكثر بتقديم الخدمات الاجتماعية والثقافية اللازمة لعمالها ، وذلك بالاشتراك مع اللجنة النقابية - إن وجدت - أو مع ممثلين للعمال تختارهم النقابة العامة المختصة .
ويصدر قرار من الوزير المختص بعد موافقة الاتحاد العام لنقابات عمال مصر بتحديد الحد الأدنى لهذه الخدمات .
