تلتزم المنشأة وفروعها باتخاذ وسائل وقاية العمال من خطر الإصابة بالبكتريا والفيروسات والفطريات والطفيليات وسائر المخاطر البيولوجية متى كانت طبيعة العمل تعرض العمال لظروف الإصابة بها وعلى الأخص :
( أ ) التعامل مع الحيوانات المصابة ومنتجاتها ومخلفاتها .
(ب ) مخالطة الآدميين المرضى والقيام بخدماتهم من رعاية وتحاليل وفحوص طبية .
