تلتزم المنشأة وفروعها باتخاذ جميع الاحتياطات والتدابير اللازمة لتوفير وسائل السلامة والصحة المهنية وتأمين بيئة العمل للوقاية من المخاطر الميكانيكية والتى تنشأ من الاصطدام بين جسم العامل وبين جسم صلب وعلى الأخص :
( أ ) كل خطر ينشأ عن آلات وأدوات العمل من أجهزة وآلات وأدوات رفع وجر ووسائل الانتقال والتداول ونقل الحركة .
(ب ) كل خطر ينشأ عن أعمال التشييد والبناء والحفر ومخاطر الانهيار والسقوط .
