على الوسيط أن يقدم خلال أسبوع من تاريخ انتهاء المهلة المشار إليها فى المادة السابقة تقريرا للجهة الإدارية المختصة يتضمن ملخصا للنزاع وبيانا مسببا بالتوصيات التى انتهى إليها وما تم من قبول أو رفض لها من الطرفين أو من أحدهما وأسباب الرفض .
