إذا قبل الطرفان التوصيات التى قدمها الوسيط أو بعضها وجب إثبات ذلك فى اتفاقية يوقعها الطرفان والوسيط .
ويجب أن يكون رفض الطرفين أو أحدهما للتوصيات المشار إليها كلها أو بعضها مسببا ، ويجوز للوسيط فى هذه الحالة إعطاء مهلة أقصاها ثلاثة أيام لمن رفض التوصيات للعدول عن الرفض ، وذلك قبل أن يقدم الوسيط تقريره إلى الجهة الإدارية المختصة .
