يشترط فى المدربين الذين يزاولون أعمال التدريب المهنى أن يرخص لهم بذلك من الوزارة المختصة .
ويصدر الوزير المختص قرارا بتحديد شروط وقواعد وإجراءات منح الترخيص ، وحالات إلغائه .
ويعد بالوزارة المختصة سجل لقيد المدربين المرخص لهم ، يتم التأشير فيه بحالات إلغاء التراخيص .
