إذا أبرم عقد العمل لإنجاز عمل معين ، انتهى العقد بإنجاز هذا
العمل ، فإذا استغرق هذا الإنجاز مدة تزيد على خمس سنوات لا يجوز للعامل إنهاء
العقد قبل تمام إنجاز العمل .
