إذا انتهى عقد العمل المحدد المدة بانقضاء مدته ، جاز تجديده
باتفاق صريح بين طرفيه وذلك لمدة أو لمدد أخرى .
فإذا زادت مدد العقد الأصلية والمجددة على خمس سنوات ، جاز للعامل إنهاؤه
وفقا لأحكام المادة (١٠٤) من هذا القانون .
