مع مراعاة حكم المادة (١١١) من هذا القانون ، تسرى الأحكام الواردة فى هذا
الباب على من لم تجاوز سنه ثمانى عشرة سنة ميلادية كاملة وقت ارتكاب الجريمة
أو عند وجوده فى إحدى حالات التعرض للخطر .

مع مراعاة حكم المادة (١١٢) من هذا القانون ، تسرى الأحكام
الواردة فى هذا الباب على من لم يبلغ سنه ثمانى عشرة سنة ميلادية كاملة وقت ارتكاب
الجريمة أو عند وجوده فى إحدى حالات التعرض للانحراف ، ولا يعتد فى تقدير سن الطفل
بغير وثيقة رسمية ، فإذا ثبت عدم وجودها تقدر سنه بواسطة خبير .
