ينشأ صندوق لرعاية الأطفال المعاقين وتأهيلهم ، تكون له الشخصية
الاعتبارية ، ويصدر بتنظيمه وتحديد اختصاصاته قرار من رئيس الجمهورية ، ويدخل ضمن
موارده الغرامات المقضى بها فى الجرائم المنصوص عليها فى هذا الباب .
