يعاقب كل من يخالف أحكام المادتين السابقتين بغرامة لاتقل عن مائة
جنيه ولاتجاوز ألف جنيه .
ويجوز الحكم بإلزام صاحب العمل بأن يدفع شهريا للمعاق المؤهل الذى امتنع عن
استخدامه مبلغا يساوى الأجر المقرر أو التقديرى للعمل الذى رشح له وذلك اعتبارا من
تاريخ إثبات المخالفة ولمدة لاتجاوز سنة ، ويزول هذا الالتزام إذا التحق الأخير بعمل
