يصدر وزير القوى العاملة بالاتفاق مع وزير الشئون الاجتماعية قرارا
بتحديد أعمال معينة بالجهاز الإدارى للدولة والهيئات العامة ووحدات القطاع العام وقطاع
الأعمال العام تخصص للمعاقين من الأطفال الحاصلين على شهادة التأهيل ، وذلك وفقا
للقواعد المنظمة لذلك قانونا .
