مع عدم الإخلال بنص الفقرة الثانية من المادة (١٨) من قانون التعليم
الصادر بالقانون رقم ١٣٩ لسنة ١٩٨١ ، يحظر تشغيل الأطفال قبل بلوغهم أربع عشرة
سنة ميلادية كاملة ، كما يحظر تدريبهم قبل بلوغهم اثنتى عشرة سنة ميلادية .
ويجوز بقرار من المحافظ المختص ، بعد موافقة وزير التعليم ، الترخيص بتشغيل
الأطفال من سن اثنتى عشرة إلى أربع عشرة سنة فى أعمال موسمية لاتضر بصحتهم أو
نموهم ولاتخل بمواظبتهم على الدراسة .
