لكل طفل الحق فى أن يكون له اسم يميزه ، ويسجل هذا الاسم عند الميلاد
فى سجلات المواليد وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون .
ولايجوز أن يكون الاسم منطويا على تحقير أو مهانة لكرامة الطفل أو منافيا للعقيدة
الدينية .
