تنشأ بقرار من وزير الشئون الاجتماعية لجنة عليا لدور الحضانة تشكل
برئاسته وعضوية عدد من ممثلى الوزارات المعنية ومن المهتمين بشئون الطفولة والأمومة
يصدر بتعيينهم قرار منه بعد موافقة الجهات التى يتبعونها ، وتختص اللجنة المذكورة
برسم السياسة العامة لدور الحضانة ومتابعة تنفيذها .
