Article 36 of the Child Law

يلتزم الطالب فى حالة الموافقة على طلبه بإعداد جميع مستلزمات
تشغيل الدار وإخطار مديرية الشئون الاجتماعية بمجرد انتهائه من ذلك بخطاب موصى
عليه بعلم الوصول ، وعلى المديرية خلال خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ وصول الخطاب إليها
التحقق من استيفاء الدار لجميع المواصفات وإلا طلبت منه استكمال النقص فيها ثم
إخطارها ، وعليها خلال خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ استلام هذا الإخطار إعادة المعاينة
للتحقق من استكمال المطلوب وإصدار الترخيص متى ثبت لها ذلك .
