يعتبر دارا للحضانة كل مكان مناسب يخصص لرعاية الأطفال الذين
لم يبلغوا سن الرابعة ، وتخضع دور الحضانة لإشراف ورقابة وزارة الشئون الاجتماعية طبقا
لأحكام هذا القانون .
ولكل طفل من المشار إليهم فى الفقرة الأولى الحق فى التمتع بخدمات دور الحضانة ،
وتتخذ الدولة جميع التدابير اللازمة لكفالة هذا الحق .
