دون إخلال بأى عقوبة أشد ينص عليها القانون ، يعاقب بالحبس
مدة لا تزيد على سنة وبغرامة لا تقل عن مائة جنيه ولا تزيد على خمسمائة جنيه أو
بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من أدلى عمدا ببيان غير صحيح من البيانات التى يوجب
القانون ذكرها عند التبليغ عن المولود .
