يكون قيد الطفل المشار إليه فى المادة السابقة طبقا للبيانات التى يدلى
بها المبلغ وتحت مسئوليته عدا إثبات اسم الوالدين أو أحدهما فيكون بناء على طلب
كتابى صريح ممن يرغب منهما .
ولا يكون لهذا القيد حجية تتعارض مع القواعد المقررة فى شأن الأحوال الشخصية .
