ينشأ صندوق يتبع المجلس القومى للطفولة والأمومة يسمى صندوق رعاية الطفولة
والأمومة وتكون له الشخصية الاعتبارية المستقلة وموازنة خاصة ، وتبدأ السنة المالية له
ببداية السنة المالية للدولة ، وتنتهى بنهايتها ، ويرحل فائض الحساب من سنة مالية
إلى أخرى .
