ينشأ لكل طفل محكوم عليه ملف تنفيذ يضم إليه ملف الموضوع تودع
فيه جميع الأوراق المتعلقة بتنفيذ الحكم الصادر عليه ويثبت فيه ما يصدر فى شأن التنفيذ
من قرارات وأوامر وأحكام ، ويعرض هذا الملف على رئيس المحكمة قبل اتخاذ أى إجراء
من الإجراءات المنصوص عليها فى المادة (١٣٤) من هذا القانون .
