يكون تنفيذ العقوبات المقيدة للحرية المحكوم بها على الأطفال
فى مؤسسات عقابية خاصة يصدر بتنظيمها قرار من وزير الشئون الاجتماعية بالاتفاق
مع وزير الداخلية .
فإذا بلغ سن الطفل واحدا وعشرين عاما تنفذ عليه العقوبة أو المدة الباقية منها
فى أحد السجون العمومية ، ويجوز مع ذلك استمرار التنفيذ عليه فى المؤسسة العقابية
إذا لم يكن هناك خطورة من ذلك وكانت المدة الباقية من العقوبة لاتجاوز ستة أشهر .
