Article 132 of the Child Law

يجوز استئناف الأحكام الصادرة من محكمة الأحداث ، عدا الأحكام
التى تصدر بالتوبيخ وبتسليم الطفل لوالديه أو لمن له الولاية عليه ، فلا يجوز استئنافها
إلا لخطأ فى تطبيق القانون أو بطلان فى الحكم أو فى الإجراءات أثر فيه .
ويرفع الاستئناف أمام دائرة تخصص لذلك فى المحكمة الابتدائية .
