تشكل فى مقر كل محافظة محكمة أو أكثر للأحداث ، ويجوز بقرار
من وزير العدل إنشاء محاكم للأحداث فى غير ذلك فى الأماكن ، وتحدد دوائر اختصاصها
فى قرار إنشائها .
وتتولى أعمال النيابة العامة أمام تلك المحاكم نيابات متخصصة للأحداث يصدر
بإنشائها قرار من وزير العدل .
