يكون للموظفين الذين يعينهم وزير العدل بالاتفاق مع الوزير المختص بالشئون
الاجتماعية فى دوائر اختصاصهم سلطة الضبط القضائى فيما يختص بالجرائم التى تقع
من الأطفال وحالات تعريضهم للخطر وسائر الجرائم المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون .
