يزاد بمقدار المثل الحد الأدنى للعقوبة المقررة لأى جريمة إذا وقعت من بالغ على طفل ،
أو إذا ارتكبها أحد والديه أو من له الولاية أو الوصاية عليه أو المسئول عن ملاحظته
وتربيته أو من له سلطة عليه ، أو كان خادما عند من تقدم ذكرهم .
