يكون الاختبار القضائى بوضع الطفل فى بيئته الطبيعية تحت التوجيه
والإشراف ومع مراعاة الواجبات التى تحددها المحكمة ، ولايجوز أن تزيد مدة الاختبار
القضائى على ثلاث سنوات ، فإذا فشل الطفل فى الاختبار عرض الأمر على المحكمة
لتتخذ ما تراه مناسبا من التدابير الأخرى الواردة بالمادة ( ١٠١ ) من هذا القانون .
