يعاقب كل من يخالف أحكام المادة ( ٥٤ ) من هذا القانون بغرامة لا تقل عن مائتى جنيه ولا تزيد على ألف جنيه ، وتتعدد العقوبة بتعدد المخالفات .
كما يعاقب كل من يخالف أحكام المواد ( ٥٦ ، ٥٩ فقرة ثالثة ، ٦٢ فقرة ثانية ) من هذا القانون بغرامة يومية مائة جنيه تتعدد بعدد أيام المخالفة .
