لا يجوز للاب ان يتصرف فى العقار اوالمحل التجارى او الاوراق الماليه اذا زادت قيمتها على 300 جنيه الا باذن المحكمه .
ولا يجوز للمحكمه ان ترفض الاذن الا اذا كان التصرف من شانه جعل اموال القاصر فى خطر او كان فيه غبن يزيد على خمس القيمه ,
