لا يجوز للولى ان يتصرف فى عقار القاصر نفسه او لزوجه او لاقاربه او لاقاربها الى الدرجه الرابعه الا باذن المحكمه ولا يجوز له ان برهن عقار القاصر لدين على نفسه ,
