إذا قصر المأذون له في الادارة فيتنفيذ ما قضت به المحكمة السابقة أو اساء التصرف في ادارتة أو قت اسباب يخشي معها من بقاء الاموال في يده جاز للمحكمة من تلقاء نفسها أو بناء علي طلب النيابة العامة أو احد ذوي الشان ان تحد من الاذن أو تسلب القاصر اباه بعد سماع اقوالة .
