علي الواصي ان يقدم حسابا مؤيدا بمستندات عن ادارتة قبل أول يناير من كل سنة .
ويعفي الوصي عند تقديمة الحساب السنوي إذا كانت أموال القاصر لا تزيد علي خمسمائة جنيه ما لم ترا المحكمة غير ذالك .
وفي جميع الاحوال يجب علي الوصي ان يستبدل به غيرة أن يقدم حسابا خلال ثلاثون يوما من تاريخ أنتهاء وصيتة
