علي الوصي ان يودع باسم القاصر المصرف الذي تصير به المحكمة ما تري لزوما لايداعة من اوراق مالية ومجوهرات ومصوغات وغيراها ، وذلك خلال خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ تسلمها .
وليس له ان يسحب شيئا منها بغير أذا المحكمة .
