لا يجوز استيراد السلع الخاضعة للرقابة النوعية على الواردات إلا إذا تم فحصها للتأكد من مطابقتها للشروط والمواصفات التى يصدر بتحديدها قرار من وزير التجارة أو كانت مصحوبة بشهادة فحص أو مراجعة معتمدة من السلطات المصرية تثبت توافر تلك الشروط والمواصفات .
