تؤول إلى صندوق تمويل مشروعات الآثار والمتاحف بالهيئة الغرامات المحكوم بها طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون والرسوم المقررة بالمادتين ٢٩ ، ٣٩ منه وللهيئة أن تمنح من حصيلة هذه المبالغ مكافآت يقدرها رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة لمن ساهم فى الإرشاد أو ضبط المخالفات وذلك طبقا للشروط والأوضاع التى يصدر بها قرار من مجلس الإدارة .
